About this role

Senior Brand Manager for beer brands at Diageo, Lagos. You will own the growth and market performance of assigned beer brands, translating consumer insights into activation and commercial results, and lead integrated brand plans with governance across Africa Partner Markets.

What you would do

• Own the growth and market performance of assigned beer brands and the end-to-end consumer journey.
• Deliver brand P&L, net sales value, market share, brand health and ROI targets across brands and segments.
• Develop and execute integrated annual brand plans that drive sustainable growth and consumer engagement.
• Localise global growth drivers, campaigns and innovation into locally relevant activation programmes; lead the Creative Adaptation agenda across Africa Partner Markets.
• Ensure governance and compliance with global brand standards, visual identity and responsible marketing principles; manage agency partners and adaptation processes.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Supply, Finance, Consumer & Shopper Insights and Innovation teams to unlock growth opportunities and optimise investment; monitor performance and marketing effectiveness.
