The Label Store in Lagos seeks a Senior Branch Manager to oversee branch operations and drive business growth while delivering quality customer service. The role requires an experienced, result-oriented leader with proven managerial experience in a structured organisation, with preference for candidates living around Alapere, Ojodu, Ogudu, Ogba or Magodo.

What you would do

• Manage daily branch operations to ensure efficiency, profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Lead and mentor staff to achieve sales targets and maintain high service standards.
• Track stock levels, oversee inventory, and coordinate replenishment with procurement.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures and internal controls.
• Prepare and present periodic sales, performance, and operational reports to management.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and customer-friendly store environment.

• At least 10 years' proven managerial experience in a structured organisation from any industry.
• MSc, BSc or HND in Business Administration, Management or related field.
