What you would do

• Govern incident, change, release, and overall service management processes to minimise operational risk and enable rapid recovery.
• Assist in rollout and management of strategic engineering capabilities, including the Service Catalogue and SLO frameworks.
• Identify and implement automation, self-service tools, and AI-assisted workflows to reduce manual effort.
• Strengthen operational controls and resilience by ensuring adherence to reliability engineering and incident response best practices.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and support teams to improve service reliability and meet operational standards across the organisation.

• 4+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Incident Response, or DevOps roles.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes, especially Incident, Change, and Release Management.
• Experience defining, measuring, and reporting on SLOs and SLIs.

• Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog).
