Senior Associate - Fundraising and Partnerships

What you would do

• Identify and prioritise grant opportunities from foundations, agencies, corporations and other donors.
• Develop and maintain a funded pipeline and a 6-month fundraising plan aligned with programmes.
• Prepare and support submission of concept notes, letters of inquiry, grant proposals, budgets and other fundraising documents.
• Identify and pursue corporate partnerships, CSR, individual giving and other funding sources.
• Maintain a grant submission calendar and track deadlines, donor requirements and opportunities.
• Support donor engagement, relationship management, proposal follow-up and donor reports.
• Provide regular updates to management on fundraising progress, opportunities and next steps.
