Senior Associate - Fundraising and Partnership

What you would do

• Identify and prioritise grant opportunities from various donors and funding sources.
• Develop and maintain a structured funding pipeline and a 6-month fundraising strategy.
• Prepare and support submissions of concept notes, letters of inquiry, grant proposals, budgets, and fundraising documents.
• Pursue corporate partnerships, CSR opportunities, individual giving, and other funding sources.
• Maintain a grant submission calendar and track deadlines and donor requirements.
• Support donor engagement, relationship management, and proposal follow-up.
• Prepare donor reports and assist with donor communications.
• Provide regular updates to management on fundraising progress and opportunities.
• Collaborate with a small team to achieve fundraising goals.
• Report on fundraising progress, opportunities, and recommended next steps.
