Senior Architect

About this role

CZAR Projects Limited, a real estate developer with integrated engineering and project management capabilities, is seeking an experienced Senior Architect. The role leads architectural projects from concept through construction, coordinates with structural and MEP consultants, and ensures designs meet quality, regulatory, technical and client requirements. It also involves reviewing drawings and mentoring junior design staff.

What you would do

• Lead architectural concepts, designs, detailed drawings, and project documentation.
• Manage projects from conceptual design through construction and completion.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants.
• Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance during construction.
• Ensure construction complies with approved drawings, specifications, and standards.
• Review drawings and provide mentorship to junior architects and design staff.

• Minimum 6 years' professional experience in architecture.
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture.
• ARCON registration/certification is highly preferred.
• Proven experience in residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and 3D visualisation tools.
• Strong knowledge of construction detailing, building regulations, and project delivery.
