What you would do

• Manage budgetary control for admin expenditure and prepare related reports

• Membership of a relevant professional body desirable
• Minimum of five years experience in an admin role, including at least two years in a senior role
• Experience in the Oil & Gas sector is advantageous
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and in travel/logistics management, strategic management and executive support, and data analytics
• Strong communication, organisational and time-management skills, flexibility, interpersonal skills, integrity and professionalism
