Reliance Health is seeking a Senior Administrative Associate for a Lekki, Lagos clinic. The role supports daily clinic operations, ensures a smooth patient experience, and keeps the team and administrative tasks in order.

What you would do

• Ensure the clinic is safe, clean, and fully operational daily
• Manage staff schedules, attendance, and leave planning
• Assist patients with appointment bookings and provide information on time
• Handle billing, invoicing, and payments from corporate clients and vendors
• File regulatory paperwork correctly and on time
• Train staff on digital tools and identify opportunities to improve processes

What they are asking for

• Bachelor’s degree or HND
• 3–5 years of post-NYSC experience in operations management in a service industry (healthcare, hospitality, or corporate services)
• Direct experience in a healthcare or clinic setting
• Ability to use data to track performance and identify areas for improvement
• Completed NYSC or have a certificate of exemption
• Residence within 10km of Zone 6, 48 Yaounde St, Wuse, FCT
