Senior Accounting Analyst

What you would do
- Own monthly management accounts for Nigeria and expansion entities, including full P&L and Balance Sheet review
- Drive the month-end close process to meet timelines and improve efficiency
- Lead balance sheet reconciliations and resolve variances across bank accounts and intercompany balances
- Oversee banking and treasury operations, including statement validation and cash reporting
- Prepare intercompany schedules and align reporting with group requirements and accounting standards
- Ensure general ledger accuracy in Oracle ERP Cloud, review journal entries and maintain internal controls

- 5+ years in accounting, finance, or commercial finance roles
- Strong experience with financial reporting (P&L, Balance Sheet, cash flow)
- Experience managing month-end close in a fast-paced environment
- ERP systems experience, preferably Oracle ERP Cloud
- Advanced Excel skills for analysis and reconciliations
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
