What you would do

• Oversee the preparation of financial statements and management reports
• Manage budgeting, financial planning, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements
• Strengthen internal financial controls and accounting processes
• Monitor cash flow, treasury operations, and working capital
• Provide financial insights to support strategic decisions
• Supervise and develop the accounting team
• Ensure effective financial management across company operations

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
• Minimum of 12 years of relevant accounting experience, including downstream oil and gas sector
• Fully qualified ICAN member
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, treasury management, and internal controls
• Experience with accounting software and ERP systems
• Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• High integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail
