What you would do
- Monitor daily cash positions and prepare cash flow forecasts
- Manage relationships with banks and negotiate facilities and terms
- Oversee all payments and ensure timely collections and correct cash application
- Maintain internal controls over disbursements
- Identify and manage financial risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Develop and implement funding strategies for working capital and projects
- Evaluate surplus funds for investment opportunities
- Maintain treasury policies, procedures and audit trails
- Prepare treasury reports and provide management insights for decisions
- Support internal and external audit processes
