What you would do
- Supervise and deploy security personnel and third‑party guards across access points and perimeter zones
- Conduct daily shift briefings, inspections, roll calls and debriefings to ensure SOP compliance
- Monitor CCTV, access control, visitor logs and fire/safety alarm systems
- Coordinate with facility management and customer service to maintain safety and hospitality standards
- Act as primary incident commander for security breaches, medical emergencies, fires, or disturbances
- Conduct initial investigations and prepare reports for senior management
- Assist in organising ongoing security staff training and drills
- Audit and enforce compliance with safety, health, environmental and security policies
- Develop and implement threat assessment and risk mitigation strategies for the facility
- Maintain professional and courteous engagement with tenants, visitors and high‑profile individuals

- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Criminology, Security Studies, Law, Public Administration or related field
- Certified Protection Officer (CPO) certification or equivalent
- Minimum of 10 years in security with at least 3 years in a team lead role in high‑grade real estate or similar environments
- Experience with modern security tech (CCTV, access control, intruder detection, incident reporting software)
- Strong English communication and crisis management skills
- Demonstrated integrity, discretion and confidentiality
- Experience in coordinating with multiple stakeholders in a large, mixed‑use facility
- Advantage: prior Nigerian military or police or DSS experience
