Security Supervisor

What you would do

• Supervise and support the security team and assign officers to patrol areas
• Address issues, provide training and disciplinary action as needed
• Monitor team and individual performance and provide feedback
• Conduct regular team briefings
• Manage day-to-day security operations and implement policies and procedures
• Familiarise with site layout to optimise patrols and equipment placement
• Conduct regular site patrols and inspections to identify weaknesses or breaches
• Plan and manage CCTV use and monitor for suspicious activity
• Ensure entry and exit points are secure and verify IDs
• Respond to and investigate security incidents and assist with evacuations and emergency drills
