What you would do
- Facilitate the purchase and sale of securities for clients
- Develop and maintain relationships with individual and institutional investors
- Identify and generate new business opportunities to increase client acquisition and revenue
- Provide clients with market updates and investment information
- Monitor stock market trends and capital market activities
- Execute client orders accurately and promptly per approved procedures
- Maintain an active client portfolio and follow up on investment needs
- Meet business development, transaction volume, and revenue targets
- Document, record-keep, and report all transactions and client interactions
- Collaborate with operations, compliance, risk management, and finance teams

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or related field
- 2 to 5 years of relevant securities brokerage or capital markets experience
- Professional certification or registration for securities dealing in Nigeria
- Membership or certification from a recognised capital market body is an advantage

- Strong business development, sales, negotiation, and client relationship skills
- Analytical, numerical, communication, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and trading/investment platforms
- High integrity, professionalism, attention to detail, and customer service orientation
