About this role

Sector Head, Heavy Industries is a full-time role in Lagos overseeing the Heavy Industries sector, focusing on relationship management, business growth, risk assessment and team leadership within the bank’s sector unit.

What you would do

• Develop and implement sector budget and financial goals with the Group Head.
• Formulate and supervise sector strategies, targets and marketing goals.
• Monitor market trends and competitive dynamics to inform opportunities.
• Cross-sell bank products and identify sources of liabilities and profitable assets.
• Manage day-to-day sector client activities and build relationships with key decision makers.
• Lead and develop sector staff, set targets, review performance and ensure delivery of service and reporting requirements.

• Minimum of 10 years' cognate experience in the relevant sectors.
• Strong knowledge of credit analysis and bank credit policies.
