About this role

What you would do
- Cross-sell bank products and identify profitable trade transactions
- Develop business plans and financial projections for the sector
- Monitor sector targets, budgets and marketing goals with the Group Head
- Manage client relationships and understand client needs to provide banking solutions
- Conduct credit reviews and support credit facility recommendations
- Lead and develop unit staff, assign tasks, set targets, and ensure compliance and reporting

- First degree or equivalent (master's preferred)
- Minimum of 10 years of cognate experience in the assigned sectors
- Professional qualifications in related fields (added advantage)
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and IT skills
- In-depth knowledge of banking credit culture, policies and procedures
