Sectional Head, Production - Obajana Plant

The Sectional Head Production at Dangote Cement PLC will lead and manage the kiln operations at the Obajana Plant to optimise production efficiency and cement quality. What you would do

• Develop and implement the plant's production strategy and tactical plan, prioritising safety.
• Oversee the execution of approved plans to meet production targets and quality standards.
• Ensure standard operating procedures are used to guide production processes and final product quality.
• Manage daily production plans, capacity plans and materials requirements in line with strategic intent.
• Coordinate and lead the production team to achieve daily targets within quality, budget and time.
• Oversee kiln and preheater refractory areas and ensure lining quality.
