What you would do

• Understand curriculum requirements and create syllabi, lesson plans and educational content.
• Analyse student needs and adapt lessons and assessments accordingly.
• Adjust teaching methods for different groups of learners.
• Create engaging, interactive lesson plans and ask questions to monitor progress.
• Provide extra support to students who need it and more challenging work for advanced students.
• Stay updated with developments in the field and apply relevant insights to lessons.
• Report progress issues to the head of department and parents.
• Attend meetings, trainings, workshops and other continuing education.
• Supervise lab sessions and deliver practical demonstrations.
• Accompany students on field trips and maintain open communication among students, staff and parents.
