An established secondary school in Lagos is seeking an experienced School Principal to provide academic, administrative and operational leadership. The role is for a candidate who resides in Okota or its environs and can start immediately; a written test will form part of the selection process.
What you would do
- Provide leadership and overall supervision of the school.
- Supervise teachers and monitor teaching quality and classroom performance.
- Ensure effective implementation of the school’s academic programmes.
- Monitor students’ academic performance, discipline and welfare.
- Develop and maintain high standards of teaching, learning and school administration.
- Coordinate staff meetings, academic activities and school programmes.
