School and Hostel Nurse
About this role
The School and Hostel Nurse is a full-time, on-site position at Lead British International School, Ibadan, in Oyo. The role provides health services to pupils and students during school hours and in the hostel, including routine health assessments, first aid and emergency care, and works with staff and parents to support student wellbeing.
What you would do
- Run the school clinic and provide daily health services
- Administer medications as prescribed
- Monitor and manage ongoing health conditions of pupils
- Maintain accurate medical records for students
- Promote health and hygiene practices and support health education initiatives
- Coordinate referrals to external healthcare providers when necessary
