What you would do
- Drive monthly SBP sales targets with a 60% Dry Hair and 40% Wet Hair split.
- Monitor sales performance and update data daily.
- Identify opportunities to increase average order value and purchase frequency.
- Drive sales across priority Lush Hair SKUs and optimise product mix.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing SBPs.
- Onboard qualified new SBPs in strategic locations.
- Develop plans to promote high-potential SBPs to higher performance tiers.
- Ensure effective execution of SBP promotions, campaigns and activations.
- Monitor POSM deployment and brand visibility in SBP locations.
- Ensure SBPs are stocked ahead of campaigns and peak demand periods.
