What you would do

• Drive monthly SBP sales targets with a 60% dry hair and 40% wet hair split.
• Monitor sales performance and update data daily.
• Identify opportunities to increase average order value and purchase frequency.
• Drive sales across priority Lush Hair SKUs and maintain appropriate product mix.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing SBPs and onboard qualified new SBPs in strategic locations.
• Develop plans to move high-potential SBPs into higher performance levels.
• Ensure SBP promotions, campaigns and activations are effectively executed.
• Monitor POSM deployment and brand visibility in SBP locations.
• Ensure SBPs are adequately stocked ahead of key campaigns and demand periods.
• Maintain an updated database of all Ibadan SBPs and provide regular performance updates
