SAP Functional Support Analyst
About this role
A role based in Lagos for SAP Functional Support Analyst to support daily SAP operations and implementation projects, with a focus on the Production Planning module. The position is for professionals with SAP PP experience who can bridge business and IT, gather requirements, create design specifications, test, document, and train end users. What you would do
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to align design and technology.
- Define innovative functional SAP solutions to meet business needs.
- Gather requirements and translate them into development specifications.
- Conduct functional testing, documentation, and end-user training with the SAP Core team.
- Manage multiple SAP projects and tasks from inception to completion.
- Perform requirements gathering and scope definition with stakeholders.
- Provide system support to end-users and share knowledge within the team.
- Coordinate end-to-end integration across SAP modules and other applications.
- Provide functional support for SAP PP modules and guide SAP PP resources.
- Plan and coordinate resources to meet business requirements and project timelines.
What they are asking for
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a SAP PP Support Analyst.
- Experience in business application development methodology and business process re-engineering.
- Ability to present updates to senior or executive management.
- Strong leadership and customer interfacing skills.
- Knowledge of user exits (advantageous) and strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in at least one end-to-end SAP implementation and hands-on SAP PP support.
- Experience in Product Costing, MRP, and Produce to Order cycle is essential.
- HND or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
- Basic ABAP debugging knowledge (advantageous).
- Experience with S/4HANA is an added advantage.
