Salon Manager
About this role
A Lagos-based salon manager is needed to run the Lekki salon and retail store for Kinky Apothecary. The role focuses on overseeing daily salon operations, staff management, client satisfaction and ensuring services meet the company’s standards and SOPs. The position involves managing bookings, monitoring performance against KPIs, handling stock and space upkeep, resolving client issues, and supporting sales and marketing efforts. The job is full-time, in person, five days a week with some Sunday shifts, offering a net monthly salary of N350,000 to N450,000. What you would do
- Manage day-to-day salon operations and analyse results.
- Oversee salon staff, scheduling and performance.
- Manage the booking process and ensure client satisfaction.
- Ensure services align with standards and SOPs.
- Monitor performance metrics such as revenue, bookings and retail sales.
- Oversee stock, supplies, equipment and space upkeep.
- Address client complaints and resolve service issues.
- Assist in developing and implementing new structures and processes.
- Support execution of sales and marketing strategies.
- Liaise with senior management, suppliers and partners.
