Sales Team Lead
About this role
DreamCity Properties is seeking an experienced Sales Team Lead to oversee a sales team and drive growth in its Lagos real estate investment portfolio. The role requires strong leadership, a proven sales record in real estate, and a deep understanding of the Lagos market. The position reports to the Head of Sales and involves developing sales strategies, managing the team, and coordinating with multiple departments to achieve targets. The company operates in residential and commercial property development and investment. Both male and female candidates may apply.
What you would do
- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals
- Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to meet targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and relationships with clients and partners
- Oversee lead generation, qualification, and nurturing processes
- Maintain a robust leads database and allocate leads to the team
- Forecast sales targets and analyse sales data for reporting
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure quality service
- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities
- Collaborate with Marketing, Business Development, Construction, Finance, HR/Administration and Legal teams
- Monitor KPIs and manage the sales pipeline to ensure revenue

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate or related field
- Minimum of 4 years of verifiable sales and business development experience in real estate
- Professional certification in Sales, Marketing or Real Estate is an added advantage
- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing a sales team
- In-depth knowledge of Lagos real estate markets and investment opportunities
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Willingness to develop knowledge of industry trends and regulations
