About this role
The role is a Sales Team Lead for Mysol's sales team in Nigeria, based in Enugu. It is a non-full-time position offering base pay plus commissions. The successful candidate will recruit, train and lead a team of frontline sales agents to sell solar products and meet targets.
What you would do
- Recruit, train and manage a minimum of 20 active sales agents monthly to hit performance targets.
- Lead the sales process for Mysol products in the territory and coordinate field activities.
- Provide coaching on pitching, closing, and customer relationship building.
- Oversee sales transactions, remittances, credit follow-ups, and collections.
- Manage company tools of trade and support monthly inventory audits.
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with area targets while using allocated budgets effectively.

- ND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 2-3 years of sales experience (solar products highly preferred).
- English; other local language of the territory.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
