Sales Support Executive
About this role
A full-time Sales Support Executive role at Quantum Packaging Nigeria Limited, based in Ikeja, Lagos, focusing on the administrative and financial aspects of the sales order-to-payment cycle. What you would do
- Manage invoicing, proforma invoices, credit and debit notes and related documents
- Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up on customer payments
- Support the sales cycle from order to payment and reconciliation
- Maintain accurate sales and financial records
- Process client purchase orders and raise sales orders
- Prepare monthly MIS reports and support schedules

- Degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field
- Strong follow-up and communication skills
- Experience in accounts receivable, invoicing, collections, reconciliation or sales administration
- Excellent attention to detail and record-keeping
