Sales Representatives/Customer Service Representatives
About this role
A full-time Sales and Customer Service role in Abuja for applicants with telesales, marketing and customer service experience. The position involves driving sales via calls, social media and in-person engagement, with after-sales support and relationship building.
What you would do
- Make high volume outbound calls to prospects from provided leads
- Market and sell the company’s products and services
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to close deals
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets
- Develop strategies for customer acquisition and retention
- Maintain customer relationships and use CRM for records
What they are asking for
- B.Sc / HND / OND in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication or related field
- 1-2 years proven experience in telesales, direct sales, customer service or call centre
- Age 22-35 years
- Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook)
- Residence in Abuja or willingness to relocate
