Work Dey HR Services, a Lagos-based human resources consulting company, is hiring Sales Representatives. What you would do

• Make high volume outbound telesales calls to prospective customers from provided leads and personal sourcing
• Market and sell the company’s products and services
• Follow up on leads, inquiries and abandoned sales to close deals
• Achieve and exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales targets
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers
• Maintain customer database and update CRM regularly

What they are asking for

• BSc / HND / OND in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication or related field
• 1-2 years proven experience in telesales, direct sales, customer service or call centre roles; experience in fitness, wellness, tech or lifestyle products is an added advantage
• Age between 22 and 35 years
• Excellent verbal communication and persuasive/closing skills; confident on the phone
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media engagement (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook)
• Must reside in Abuja or be willing to relocate
