Role: Sales Representative – Perfume Retail in Lekki, Lagos. This full-time position is for a proactive, energetic, and customer-focused individual with retail sales experience and an interest in perfumes who can also create social media content to promote products. The role involves assisting customers, recommending fragrances, promoting perfumes, and supporting social media activities.

What you would do

• Attend to customers in-store and provide excellent customer service
• Understand customers’ preferences and recommend suitable perfumes
• Actively promote and sell perfumes to customers to achieve daily and monthly sales targets
• Create engaging social media content around perfumes, promotions, and new arrivals
• Demonstrate perfumes and explain fragrance notes, longevity, and suitable occasions
• Follow up with customers to encourage repeat purchases

• SSCE / GCE / NECO with 1-3 years of experience
• Previous experience in retail sales, perfume/beauty/fashion, or a related sales environment
• Must be based in Lekki, Lagos
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Content creation skills for Instagram and TikTok, comfortable with short-form video content
