Sales Representative (ISP)
About this role
Awww Tech is looking for a Sales Representative to promote and sell internet connectivity solutions to businesses and corporate clients in Lagos. The role involves remote work with occasional office visits, field sales, and meetings with clients. The ideal candidate has prior sales experience in ISP or telecoms, can generate leads, build relationships, and hit sales targets. The position requires a hybrid setup, customer-focused service, and collaboration with technical and support teams. Salary is N150,000 to N200,000 per month, with a hybrid work arrangement and opportunities for career development.
What you would do
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and follow up with prospective customers
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Identify potential customers and develop new business opportunities
- Promote and sell internet connectivity solutions to SMEs, businesses and corporate clients
- Prepare regular sales reports covering leads, conversions, customer acquisition and performance
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts and close sales
- Work with technical and customer support teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers
- Conduct sales presentations, identify customer needs and recommend suitable services
- Generate new business leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and direct engagement

- OND, HND or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
- Strong CRM and customer relationship management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is an advantage
- Good understanding of broadband internet services and corporate connectivity solutions
- Willingness to attend physical client meetings and perform field sales activities
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in ISP or telecommunications
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Proven ability to generate leads, negotiate deals, acquire customers and meet sales targets
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills
