Sales Representative / Accountant

What you would do

• Reconcile daily sales and cashier records, matching cash, POS and transfer transactions across all terminals.
• Collaborate with store and inventory teams to monitor stock levels, track shrinkage and post inventory adjustments to the ledger.
• Maintain vendor and supplier accounts, process invoices and track payments due.
• Post daily accounting entries, manage petty cash and assist in preparing balance sheets and income statements.
• Generate weekly and monthly sales, expense and profit reports for supermarket management.

• HND or B.Sc. Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 2-3 years of hands-on accounting or bookkeeping experience, ideally in retail or supermarket
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (mandatory)

• High attention to detail, numerical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills
