Sales Representative

About this role

A Sales Representative is sought to support client sales and customer experience operations. The role focuses on handling customer interactions across multiple channels, converting enquiries into sales, processing orders, and maintaining relationships, mainly for candidates based in Lagos.

What you would do

• Handle customer enquiries across WhatsApp Business, Instagram, telephone, website and other channels.
• Provide product, pricing, availability, ordering procedures and delivery information.
• Recommend suitable products and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
• Upsell, cross-sell and suggest complementary products.
• Process orders accurately and maintain order documentation.
• Follow up with prospective and existing customers to drive sales and satisfaction; handle after-sales follow-ups and liaise with internal teams for delivery updates.

• Minimum of an OND, HND or Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Previous experience in customer service, retail sales, telesales, e-commerce or similar customer-facing role preferred.
• Candidates must reside in Surulere and environs, Lagos.
• Experience with WhatsApp Business, Instagram or other digital channels is an added advantage.
• Strong sales ability and track record of converting enquiries into orders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
