About this role
ChoiceMart NG is hiring a Sales Representative for the Oluyole, Ibadan area. The role involves converting inquiries and orders into sales through calls and follow-ups, explaining products and delivery options, handling objections, and upselling where appropriate. The candidate will use WhatsApp, spreadsheets and CRM tools, maintain accurate records, and coordinate with the delivery team. The job is open to individuals with prior telesales, customer service, or direct sales experience and a target-driven mindset. Resumption is immediate and working hours are Monday to Saturday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.
What you would do
- Contact assigned customers by phone and WhatsApp.
- Follow up on pending and scheduled orders until resolved or handed over.
- Explain product benefits, prices, packages and delivery arrangements accurately.
- Handle objections and help customers choose suitable offers.
- Recommend additional products or larger packages when appropriate.
- Update the CRM with notes, actions and order statuses.
- Submit daily reports and escalate complaints or delivery difficulties promptly.
- Coordinate confirmed orders with the delivery team.
- Confirm customer details, delivery addresses, package selection and readiness to receive orders.
