What you would do
- Contact assigned customers via calls and WhatsApp.
- Explain product benefits, prices, packages, and delivery arrangements.
- Handle objections and help customers choose suitable offers.
- Confirm customer details, delivery addresses, package selection, and readiness to receive orders.
- Recommend additional products or larger packages where appropriate.
- Coordinate confirmed orders with the delivery team.
- Follow up on pending and scheduled orders until resolved or handed over.
- Update the CRM with notes, actions, and order statuses.
- Submit daily reports and escalate complaints or delivery difficulties promptly.
