A full-time Sales Representative position based in Lagos (Amuwo Odofin / Ago Palace Way axis) for Whip-Smart Service Providers Limited. What you would do
- Display and maintain attractive product layouts in the store.
- Process sales transactions and provide high levels of customer service.
- Maintain accurate sales and inventory records.
- Support daily store operations and assist management when needed.
- Assist with email marketing campaigns and other digital marketing activities.
- Create basic promotional graphics using Canva.
- Track stock movements and report low stock levels.
- Upload new products and update product information on the POS system.
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries and orders.
- Provide accurate product information and assist customers with purchases.
