Sales Representative
About this role
A full-time Sales Representative based in Surulere, Lagos, focused on managing customer interactions, converting enquiries into sales and maintaining relationships to drive repeat business. The role involves working onsite and handling multiple communication channels for a client of FMR Agency.
What you would do
- Handle customer enquiries across WhatsApp, Instagram, telephone, website and other channels
- Provide product, pricing, availability and ordering information
- Recommend products and convert enquiries into orders
- Upsell and cross-sell to maximise sales opportunities
- Process orders accurately and keep documentation up to date
- Follow up with prospects and after-sales to ensure satisfaction and repeat business

- Minimum OND, HND or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Experience in customer service, retail sales, telesales, e-commerce or similar customer-facing sales role preferred
- Residence in Surulere and environs
- Experience using WhatsApp Business or Instagram or other digital channels is an advantage
- Strong sales ability to convert enquiries into orders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and good organisational skills
