What you would do

• Assist the sales team to identify and contact potential customers
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp and in person
• Generate new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling and relationship building
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients
• Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions
• Maintain records of sales activities and client interactions
