AIES is hiring a contract Sales Representative to drive B2B sales in the Gwarinpa, Abuja area. The role focuses on lead generation, prospecting commercial buyers and moving them through the sales pipeline, with emphasis on direct-from-source pricing and bulk logistics solutions.

What you would do

• Map and prospect high-volume commercial buyers and networks within Gwarinpa.
• Conduct daily cold-calls, field visits, and structured B2B pitches.
• Manage relationships from first contact to deal readiness for execution.
• Deliver value-based presentations on supply chain and freight solutions.
• Overcome objections related to shipping timelines, customs, and bulk orders.
• Handover closed deals to operations and maintain territorial boundaries.

• Bachelor's degree.
• 2–3 years of proven B2B sales experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or related wholesale/distribution sectors.
• Strong knowledge of Gwarinpa's commercial hubs and Abuja trading dynamics.
• Existing relationships with local trade associations (e.g., NIOB, NSE, FOCI) is an advantage.
• Hunter mindset with outbound lead generation experience.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
