Acabado Products International Limited is seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join the team in Onitsha, Anambra State. The role focuses on growing sales by identifying new market opportunities, building relationships with distributors and retailers, and presenting the product portfolio to achieve targets.

What you would do

• Identify, contact and onboard new retail, wholesale, and distributor accounts in Onitsha and surrounding areas.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat orders and secure long-term loyalty.
• Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
• Present product lines to potential customers, highlighting benefits, advantages, and pricing structures.
• Gather market feedback on trends, customer demands, and competitor activities and report to the sales management team.
• Keep accurate records of daily sales activities, customer contacts, orders, and payment collection schedules.

What they are asking for

• 2–5 years proven experience in direct sales, field marketing or business development; FMCG or distribution experience advantageous.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with strong persuasive, pitching and objection-handling abilities.
• Knowledge of Onitsha and Anambra State commercial landscape and trade channels.
• Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented; able to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Resilience and ability to sustain performance in field roles.
