About this role
Lucky Fibres Limited in Adamawa is seeking experienced field sales professionals to drive primary and secondary sales in the territory. A Sales Partner will manage distributors and work with Sales Supervisors to grow market volume and ensure product availability. The role is predominantly field-based with little office work.
What you would do
- Manage assigned distributors and ensure adequate stock levels
- Drive sales volume across wholesalers, sub-distributors and retail outlets
- Support Field Executives and Riders in growing key salons
- Drive secondary outlet expansion and touchpoints
- Monitor territory performance and achieve monthly targets
- Ensure product availability and prevent stock-outs
What they are asking for
- HND or BSc in any discipline
- 2 to 4 years FMCG field sales experience
- Understanding of open market sales and distributor operations
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
- Comfortable working extensively in the market daily
- Target-driven and performance-focused
