Sales Officer

BrandCo Nigeria Limited in Lagos is hiring a Sales Officer to deliver exceptional retail customer service and drive on-floor sales. The role involves engaging customers, understanding their needs, and recommending products to create a positive shopping experience. Training will be provided to selected candidates, with preference for applicants holding an OND and 0–1 year of work experience; no related industry experience is required.

What you would do

• Create memorable shopping experiences through customer engagement and service to drive sales, customer satisfaction and retention.
• Promote brand and product awareness by applying knowledge of brand and product details.
• Maintain product placement and visual merchandising in line with guidelines.
• Drive sales revenue to meet financial and performance targets.
• Gather market data, customer information, feedback, trends, demographics and sales data to inform business decisions.
• Monitor inventory levels and stock accuracy across product categories to maximise sales opportunities and prevent shrinkage.
