What you would do
- Create awareness of Hope PSBank products and services

- Resolve customer-related issues
- Recruit, onboard and manage agents; manage registration, setup, branding and promotion

- 2 to 4 years' experience in Mobile Money, FMCG, Telcos or Aggregators sectors
- Experience in agent network management, sales and product distribution
- Knowledge of retail products and MSME businesses
- Strong team working and social networking skills
- Knowledge of the Agency Banking ecosystem
