Sales Network Manager - Regional (North Central)

About this role

A regional offline sales manager role for the North Central area, responsible for leading City Captains and J-Force agents to expand city activation, grow orders and customer acquisition, and deliver regional sales targets. Based in Abuja, reporting to the Head of Offline Sales.

What you would do

• Lead and manage City Captains across key cities in the region.
• Set targets for City Captains and ensure accountability.
• Identify and pursue new business development opportunities in the region.
• Deliver regional sales and order targets in line with strategy.
• Create reports, dashboards and processes to track KPIs and provide recommendations.
• Recruit, onboard and maintain performance of J-Force agents; coach and address capability gaps.

• 4 to 6 years' experience in sales or offline retail, preferably FMCG or Telco, with a track record of meeting targets.
• Strong network-building skills; existing network in the North Central region is a plus.
• Experience planning and running marketing activations or trade marketing campaigns.
• Experience managing field sales teams or agent networks, including recruitment and performance management.
• Self-starter, creative, resilient and able to execute quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Based in Abuja; Advanced Excel skills; ability to use data to drive decisions.
