What you would do
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to hit revenue and market expansion targets
- Achieve an annual sales target of 22,613 bundles and drive ongoing sales performance
- Lead, coach and manage the sales team to meet and exceed targets
- Identify new markets, customers and business opportunities to grow market share
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, distributors, construction companies and industry stakeholders
- Develop pricing strategies and negotiate contracts for profitable business
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including digital marketing
- Conduct market research on industry trends, competitor activities and customer needs
- Develop strategic partnerships to broaden market reach and business growth
- Monitor sales and marketing performance and report findings to management
