What you would do
- Develop sales, pricing, marketing and route-to-market strategies.
- Recruit and manage distributors, key accounts and sales teams.
- Lead product launches, trade promotions and brand-building activities.
- Develop B2B, institutional and export sales opportunities.
- Manage demand forecasts, sales margins, customer relationships and collections.
What they are asking for
- BSc or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or related discipline.
- Minimum of 10 years of sales and marketing experience in FMCG, food or pharmaceuticals, including five years managing teams and distributor networks.
- Proven success in launching or scaling consumer brands and delivering profitable growth.
- Strong relationships with distributors, modern retail buyers or institutional customers.
- Strong negotiation, forecasting and commercial analysis skills.
- B2B food-ingredient or export sales experience is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Excel and CRM/distribution systems, valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel.
