Sales & Marketing Manager
About this role
The Sales & Marketing Manager will develop and execute strategies to grow Westbridge Energy and Lubricants’ market share, revenue, and customer base. The role requires leading the sales and marketing team, managing relationships with customers, and coordinating with production and operations to meet customer needs in Ogun.
What you would do
- Create annual and monthly sales plans and targets
- Identify and develop new customers and accounts while growing existing relationships
- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed
- Prepare forecasts, budgets, and performance reports
- Develop pricing and commercial terms with customers
- Lead and develop the sales and marketing team and coordinate with other departments
What they are asking for
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Marketing, Business Management, Sales, or a related field
- Professional qualification in Marketing/Sales or MBA is an added advantage
- 5-8 years' relevant experience in manufacturing, FMCG, industrial, building materials, or related environment
- Proven experience managing a sales team and achieving targets
- Strong knowledge of sales management, marketing, business development and CRM
- Understanding of the relevant industry and competitive market environment
