Role: Sales & Marketing Executive for Stay & Homely Hotel in Maitama, Abuja. It is a full-time, on-site position in the hospitality sector, aimed at driving occupancy and revenue through sales and marketing activities and by building key client relationships.

What you would do

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and profitability targets for all properties.
• Prospect, qualify and convert leads including corporate accounts, travel agencies, event organisers, and individual travellers.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agents and event organisers to secure repeat business.
• Plan, execute and monitor marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels to boost brand awareness and bookings.
• Manage the company website, social media, PMS and OTA profiles, ensuring content is optimised and engaging.
• Collaborate with the operations team to implement dynamic pricing and promotional offers to maximise revenue and occupancy.

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management or related field.
• 3–5 years of verifiable experience in sales and marketing within the hospitality industry.
• Professional certification in Sales, Marketing or Hospitality Management (e.g., NIMN, CIM, AHLEI) is an added advantage.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in a competitive hospitality market.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, OTA platforms, CRM systems, and social media management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
