Sales Manager - Traditional & Modern Trade

About this role

A Sales Manager to drive growth in Traditional and Modern Trade channels in Lagos. Responsible for expanding dealer and distributor networks, developing relationships, acquiring new accounts, and meeting sales targets, while guiding Sales Executives.

What you would do

• Achieve sales, distribution and profitability targets
• Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, supermarkets and key accounts
• Expand dealer, distributor and reseller networks
• Identify and acquire new customers and business opportunities
• Conduct regular customer and market visits to drive sales growth
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts and market intelligence for management

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field (preferred)
• 2 to 3 years of relevant sales experience in Traditional Trade, Modern Trade, Channel Sales or Business Development
• Experience managing dealers, distributors, retailers or key accounts is an advantage
• Strong negotiation, communication, presentation and relationship-management skills
• Target-driven, self-motivated and customer-focused
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; willingness to travel extensively
