Sales Manager – Solar Power Systems
About this role
This is a field-based sales role in Abuja for a Sales Manager focused on solar power systems. The position targets experienced sales professionals with a track record of closing high-value deals and a local network in Abuja.
What you would do
- Visit customer sites to assess power needs and propose solutions
- Close sales and collect payments
- Present and justify energy cost savings from solar solutions
- Maintain focus on customers and closing while design, quotations, installation and after-sales are handled by the team
- Engage with households, businesses and institutions across the FCT to find and close opportunities
- Meet or exceed sales targets with uncapped commission
What they are asking for
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in Nigeria with at least 2 years managing revenue or a territory target
- Bachelor's Degree, HND or equivalent
- Proven ability to close high-value deals with longer buying cycles
- Fluent in English and Hausa
- Existing network of electricians, estate agents, facility managers or business owners in Abuja
- Willingness to undergo training for solar products
